“Refrigerator was broken. Told the front desk, nothing was done about it. Called to speak with a manager. Was told the manager was unavailable. I was then put on hold and told “I just spoke with the manager.” So was the manager there and didn’t want to speak with me or was this an employee saying “she was the manager?””

“No the bathroom was a complete mess paint all over the floor and looks like they cleaned all paint and stain brushes in the shower. Shower head was broke I had to hold shower head in hand to shower. Not easy to shower I have plenty is picture of all. ”

“The room was most definitely neglected. It was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like an ashtray. There were roaches every where. The ceilings were cracked and you could see outside. The smoke alarm was hanging out of the wall with no batteries and had exposed wires. I was beside myself. I ended up leaving as quick as I got there. ”

“He let us check in early. Was very friendly and communicated well. All the instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Great stay!”

“The place was a dump. Room smelled like a cigarette butt, stuff hanging off the walls, mold in the bathroom. Wish i could post the pictures. No breakfast in the mornings there was a McDonald's next door. No other hotels the area. ”
